The service is poor, I waiting every bit of 20 minutes to order food through the drive thru, only to get a sloppy sandwich that had way too much mayonnaise on it and a dry dirty bun. The French fries were cold and just looking in from the drive thru window, the place was filthy. Whoever the manager is has no desire to serve quality food and work in a clean environment. I was shocked to see this especially being located in Owings Mills. This particular location needs help before they are shut down. Dont waste your money go to different location or restaraunt altogether!

Then she doubled back and told me I had to order through the drive thru. Terrible customer service…. She then gave me a final option to order and pay with a card ….too bad nobody cares last time I order here.
