I love her energy first thing in the morning. If she’s not in there, I’m walking out. But my smoothies and breakfast sandwiches are always made to perfection(When she does it). I would recommend this location(If Monica is there)

Good drinks and food. Never had an issue with my order online or in the store. It is pleasure to visit this location. The afternoon staff has a little bit more of a wait than the morning staff. Not sure why. But the order is still good and the smoothies are still good. I enjoy coming to the location and you will too.

My order was not made to my satisfaction so I returned immediately to let the person who waited on me know that I wasn't satisfied. Jay decided to intervene, not to help but to question me about how my order can be made, although I had paid for it. When I asked for a refund he smirked and went in to the next customer. I asked for mgmt and was told she's not here. No one wears name tags so I'm sure if that's even his name. Why would I want him to make anything that I would consume when he lacks basic customer service skills and business acumen ...To say the least, this place is deplorable and if he continues to work here, you all won't remain in business long. 1 star is being generous. If there was an option, this place would receive 0 stars!
