This is the third time my order has been delivered to the wrong address and I don’t know who is the problem. Either the store or the delivery company. Since there seems no one to help out I am done with this issue.

Just stopped in here to use the bathroom. This store feels more like a prison than a store with all the gates, and loss prevention. It’s a labyrinth where you always feel like you’re being watched. There are so many better grocery stores in Owings Mills that treat their customers like people: Wegmans, Weis, Giant. People should stop giving business to a place run like this. Very dystopian and not customer friendly. Abysmal.

I don’t necessarily appreciate being treated like an assumed shoplifter when entering a business. No reason for gates at every entrance that sound alarms for sometimes no reason at all! The only way to exit the store is by scanning a receipt IF you buy something or pestering an employee so you can LEAVE. Aside from the hassle of being trapped in a grocery store, I can’t help to think of an emergency scenario where people have trouble exiting the building but they’re unable to because they need a receipt or an employee to leave. I’d rather shop where I’m not seen as a nuisance, and safety isn’t a concern.
