It’s a labyrinth where you always feel like you’re being watched. There are so many better grocery stores in Owings Mills that treat their customers like people: Wegmans, Weis, Giant. People should stop giving business to a place run like this. Very dystopian and not customer friendly. Abysmal.

No reason for gates at every entrance that sound alarms for sometimes no reason at all! The only way to exit the store is by scanning a receipt IF you buy something or pestering an employee so you can LEAVE. Aside from the hassle of being trapped in a grocery store, I can’t help to think of an emergency scenario where people have trouble exiting the building but they’re unable to because they need a receipt or an employee to leave. I’d rather shop where I’m not seen as a nuisance, and safety isn’t a concern.
