We waited almost an hour for our food, only to be told it had been burned and needed to be remade. When we asked for bread, we were told, “the warmer is broken — do you want it or not?” By the time we finally received our salad and baked potato — a very simple order — neither was prepared correctly. Overall, the service was unacceptable and the experience was extremely disappointing.
- RRRayNov 7, 20251.0This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. Where do I start. I'll start with where our dinner ended. The roach crawling up the wall next us while we were eating ended our dinner early. However, the experience leading up to it was horrible. A couple seated after us was able to place their order before us. My partner's food came out a good 10 minutes before mine. My steak was rare instead of medium rare. His long island missed the mark. I had to ask for coke to be added so it wouldn't taste like straight liquor. My martini espresso was an after thought because it arrived after his drink and food. And was lack luster. It was more Baileys than espresso. The pros: the steak was tinder. We will NEVER go back. A recommend you never go. Too many other better options just a short drive outside of Owings Mills. We only went there because we were going to see a movie in Owings Mills.
