  My only complaint is the short run of special items, they can't keep them all on the menu.

  This place is ran by grown men who act like teenagers. They horseplay a lot and gossip with one another the entire time, but fail to pay attention when taking orders. They’ll drop your card on the ground at the drive thru because they’re careless and lack attention to detail. Must be nice to make mediocre coffee all day and be a gossip girl on the clock.

  Nabin and the team here are probably the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the country! I’ve been coming here since this place opened and they’ve always treated me with celebrity status I enjoy seeing them begore I start my day they always have great energy and the best coffee!!

  The worst customer service and employee I have ever encountered. January 4th, 2026 @ 5:00 pm went through the drive thru to pick up an order. Pulled out my clean empty tumbler and asked if I could get some ice and the employee was very kind and said sure. He brought it back and another employee snatched it out of his hands and gave it to me saying “give me $1.06 for ice”. I told him the first employee never said that & every Dunkin I’ve gone to including this don’t charge if you give them your own cup and if it’s their cup it’s like .50 cents. He gets nasty and says I’m not even a regular customer and that the other employee is new and that he himself has been an employee for a long time. So if I was a regular he would have been a decent human? Called me names and demanded the ice back. I would have 100% just paid if he approached nicely or didn’t call me crazy just because I inquired about the other employee. Then he tried to gaslight me by saying “what other employee?” Sir-the man standing right behind you! Regardless I still paid and he calls me toe names as I drive away. I’ll be escalating this matter. Horrible customer service.
