  They're always out of everything, and the food isn't even good when they have it. Do yourself a favor and head to another Chipotle.

  This chipotle location has severely went downhill over the past couple years but today takes the cake. I walked in to get a bowl at 9:42pm. There was no one at the register all I could hear was laughing and pans falling from the back kitchen. At this point it is 9:54pm. Why am I still standing here waiting? Finally a few employees come from the back kitchen and I still was not acknowledged, not a hello, how are you just a “what did you want”. Even then I’m naming the items I want but was abruptly cut off in the middle of me talking to a “we are out of tomatoes, corn,fajita, as well as steak and the carne steak” I said okay so then I changed the items I wanted. Mind you as I looked over at the “DoorDash section/online order section” of the chipotle I noticed there were all the items I wanted that I was told they didn’t have. I kindly asked if I could get the tomatoes and corn from the online order side because the container was filled to the brim, Mind you it is not 9:57pm they close at 11pm I was rudely told “that’s for that side, I can’t give you anything from that side” you close at 11pm there’s a full containers of the items you said you were out of. No accommodation could be made, like really? . The whole crew is just playing swinging their hair around food, playing on the phone instead of waiting on customers. And the worker made no attempt to put on gloves when making my food I had to speak up and say something. The only thing I give a star to is the atmosphere and the store looked semi clean. I honestly will not be back to any chipotle, this location just ruins my entire appetite.

  Service is horrible. I ordered a salad bowl and was told I can’t get honey vinaigrette for my bowl Or sour cream. There was hair in my food

  Ordered online & it was the smallest bowl I ever received, only got a quarter size of sour cream & red chili sauce. My bowl was so dry. NO cheese. Very little lettuce. Maybe 6/7 pieces of chicken. Only thing I received a decent amount of is rice. I get it was closer to closing but this was unacceptable..

  Manager on duty tonight a woman of Hispanic descent did not want to provide her name. Out of stock of cheese I asked what could they do to rectify like maybe queso. Manager said no and laughed hysterically with employees/staff after. Very poor service. Very rude attitude. Won’t be back here again I work for the Baltimore City Council. I will be reaching out to corporate!
