- VFVIP FOURONEZEROFeb 20, 20261.0I went to BWW and placed an order for Boneless wings. The took about 40 minutes to come out, then were cold, and some were tiny like pebbles and you can clearly see that the trifling cook counted them as full boneless wings. When I complained to the cashier at the desk she ended up saying with the coldest reply “I can go and get my manager.” After that I said you literally don’t see these super small wings and she repeated herself clearly not giving a damn about my concern. She did get the manager and he did help. I am extremely displeased with how much Buffalo Wild Wings has digressed over the years. Lack of care. That’s what it is. Even to when I came in to order, I spoke to a waitress who looked extremely angry just to even be at work and didn’t speak back. Also while trying to get another waitress to help and look at the skimpy order I had she says “I’m not a cashier.” Clearly a sign of bad management and lack of care. I will never give my hard earned money to another location!

Food is good when you get it, but sitting in an 80% empty restaurant that needs to be cleaned and waiting (and waiting and waiting) to see your server and get your food is just not worth it.
