  Sat ourselves as there was no wait staff, went to bar to grab drinks, no bartender. After we decided to leave, we saw a server. Never going back here again. What are they doing? Buffalo Wild Wings needs new staff in Owings Mills. Dave’s hot chicken is a great alternative, just no TVs.

  This has got to be the worse branch! Plus everything that was wring with the food, it was dirty and the forks were dirty as well. I remember like this place but this branch was a surprise!

  The food is what you expect, the drink menu is full of choices. The service was really slow. The person we had had too many customers and the barmaid that was floating around was of no help. I don't see us going back any time soon

  Horrible experience, rude waiter , took 52 minutes to get my friends food. The orders were messed up numerous times

  Not very good service, the food was alright. There seems to be a problem with the staff and management communicating. The bartender was really short and pretty rude. She didnt make eye contact once, she wasn't friendly and she only actually came to the table twice. We were sitting at the high top tables and when we ordered things from her she set the stuff on the bar and said "here" and walked away and we had to go over and get it. Silverware, napkins, condiments and each round of drinks were all separate asks and we had to go get them every time. I'm not saying that im above walking over and getting my own food and drinks but there were maybe 8 other people in the restaurant total and its kind of... her job to bring stuff to the table, even if it had been busy. When we asked for ketchup she set it down on the bar and said to come get it, I mean, thats rude. When I asked for our check she dropped it off and that was the final time she came over to the table and she took my card before even handing me the check which is also wrong. She just seems disinterested in the customers coming in. It might have just been a bad night but I've had similar experiences with her in the past and this is the last time. Will not be returning unfortunately.
