The wings were salty and gave my husband an upset stomach, I only ate one so I was fine. The onion rings were limp, doughy and soggy, just really terrible. The staff walked around like we weren't even there. No greeting (accept from Deja who ultimately too our order). Manager didn't engage us, though he did walk right beside our table. Never, never again will I waste my 40.00

Service was unacceptable with staff being rude. We had some flats and a couple of burgers, we all got really sick! The fries tasted like the oil they were fried in hadn't been charged in 6 months,.rancid!!! Never again!!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings the franchise is great with a great concept, good food, lots of TVs, and a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff at the Owings Mills location really disappointed us. We waited about 15 minutes at the bar tables with no acknowledgment from anyone. No one came over to take our order or even greet us. We eventually had to get up and find a server ourselves just to place our order. We went specifically for the Veterans Day special, but instead of feeling appreciated, we felt ignored. The staff seemed annoyed that we were there, almost as if offering a free meal was an inconvenience. It completely changed the experience. The restaurant itself is nice, but it’s a shame when a careless, unmotivated staff can ruin what should be a great dining experience.

Ordered yesterday (Tuesday) because they had specials going on. Because of this and this location is known for being slow, I did not show up at 5:50 pm when they said my order would be ready. I pulled up 15 minutes after that time to still find myself sitting in the building for an extra 30 minutes for my to go order. I put my order in at 5:27 pm and didn’t get my wings til 6:30 pm. Asked to speak to a manager who asked what the issue was and we said it took too long for our wings. The “manager” responded “it’s Wing Tuesday”. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything, instead we had to ask for something free ourselves. She said “we can’t give you free fries, I’ll get you a drink” and then walked away rolling her eyes with an attitude. I asked for her name to which she never gave and continued rolling her eyes. She is a heavy set white female with badly dyed green hair and glasses. She has no business being a manager if this is how she handles situations. With all these bad reviews, this location definitely will be closing sooner than later. DO BETTER

After being in the building for more than an hour and 40 minutes, we've left still hungry and very upset. It started with the host stand being unmanned, and at least 1 staff member told us to wait until he returns before going back in the kitchen. A different staff member then came and asked us how many. The dining area next to the host stand was completely empty, so I didn't think it was too busy here. This was about 10 minutes before being walked to our table. We then sat at our table for another 10 minutes before putting in drinks, and another 10 minutes before getting to put in our order. This means after half an hour we had only been seated and been given drinks before starting our food orders. By this point I saw there qere no more than 30 people total at the bar and dining area being assisted by at least 3 servers. We then sat around for 45+ minutes waiting for our food to be delivered. We started to lose patience near the end as we saw tables seated after us getting their food (more than ours was by the way) before us. We asked our server to cash us out and were told "just give me a minute" before she walked to 3 of her other tables to take orders/check on them. Before we decided to simply leave we saw 2 other tables get more food than we had ordered as well. We decided to get up and leave. Our 1.5 year old was beyond fed up even after waiting so long, and we knew we could hold out anymore. I told the person manning the takeout counter just to cover us (since the irony would be our food was coming out when we left) and to voice what was happening/how we felt. My family heard some servers outside taking a break complain about being short staffed and how it was making things difficult. I don't know if there needs to be more training or what, but super upsetting with how long everything took and the envy that others seemed to be getting better service than us only made things worse. Seeing servers bring their own food made me feel like there needed to be generic food runners or even someone on expo so servers didn't have to do it all on their own, but it doesn't feel like that's a priority for this location.
