Both meals had gooey, slimy crab (I guess it was crab; there was little taste). The fish, in both cases, was overdone, hard to cut, so encrusted with sauces it could have been a Big Mac for all we knew. This is Maryland - how can you mess up crab? Very disappointing.

From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional—even on what we know is one of the busiest nights of the year. She checked in with us just the right amount, made great recommendations, and ensured everything came out perfectly and on time. Her positive attitude and calm, friendly presence really elevated the entire experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening, and Allison played a huge role in making it a memorable way to ring in the New Year. She handled the holiday rush with grace and genuine care, and it definitely did not go unnoticed. Outstanding service, great energy, and a wonderful dining experience overall. I ordered a PREMIUM side of truffle fries, and they arrived like this (see photo attached). Bonefish Grill, what is this lol? This is not premium side worthy and y’all know it. What’s interesting is that I’ve ordered this item through uber eats before, and the quantity was completely fine! So what happened this time? Smh.

The hostess was welcoming, and our waitress, Essence, was especially polite and efficient—she took our order promptly and kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask. The food was delicious, especially the new menu specials. I love seafood, and the stuffed shrimp with lobster was outstanding. The manager, Becca, also stopped by our table to check on us and was very professional. Overall, a great dining experience!
