  Disappointed on Valentines Day... What happened to BK? This used to be a place that I could count on and that my order would be exactly as I expected to be. Well not anymore. I ordered a 2 scoop Sundae with pralings and cream, strawberries, pineapple, nuts and whipped cream. In speaking tovthe young man over the drive thru speaker, he kept saying mango in place of pineapple but corrected himself a couple of times and then told me I would have to pay for the third topping, which was the nuts. Okay fine. First of all, the two scoop sundae is packed into a smaller container than what it used to be. I paid $7+ and didnt get a receipt or any napkins. So now you're cutting back on receipt paper too? By the time I got home, I noticed that instead of pineapple, there was little chopped up cubes of mango in my sundae instead of pineapple. Are you adapting the Sweet Frog chopped fruit concept now. It was also really hard to locate the strawberry because they are now chopped up so fine that you can't even see nor taste them. The strawberries and the pineapple used to be crushed, not chopped which contained the juices and flavor. In addition to that, my ice cream had melted very closely to a soup consistency with no flavor by the time I got home to eat it and I only live six minutes away. This has never happened to me in the history of my BK visits for over 50 years, from any location. I don't know what's going on, but it's certainly not worth my trip, my gas, my money or my time. And then what really got me was, I tried to call them twice at the number listed on Google. They never answered the phone and it's not like they were busy. There was nobody there or behind me. Disappointed is an understatement to say the least. I need a refund, plain and simple!!!

  Unwelcomed comment by sales associate regarding open utensils. I prefer to grab my own spoon with a napkin instead of the sales person using their bare hands to grab my spoon. Comment was "other people don't mind". My response was " I do mind." The spoons should be individually wrapped but they aren't, they're just sitting in a bucket by the register. It's not sanitary. They either should be individually wrapped or standing alone by the other condiment station.

  Hate to be that guy, but if I could I’d give negative stars. I ordered two sundaes for my son and myself. One was a brownie Sunday which ended up being two scoops of some weird fruity ice cream and peanut butter. My sons was missing all toppings and my drink was spoiled. Phones were ignored and door dash offered me a $5 refund. I paid $40 for 4 scoops of disgusting ice cream with no toppings and a spoiled drink. Good job guys, shame on me for not checking your reviews first.
