  First time coming to this giant, I usually get greeted with bad service at other locations but this one was great! The cashier who helped us out was a young sweet boy Million! He engaged with me and my husband and asked how our weekend went and if we have anything we’re looking forward to. He was very sweet and I’ve never had someone engage with me like that! Highly recommend this giant with their lovely A+ service and hospitality! Will be coming back!

  Waited in line too long for customer service while the guy chit-catted and then taught someone how to use the app. I think it's great that people are friendly and take the time to catch up and discuss world events, but maybe help those waiting and then visit.

  I’m in here several times a week because I have a big family. The staff is usually friendly…all except for Beatrice in the deli. She’s an older white woman who rolls her eyes when taking your request, and moves slower than molasses. This lady is never in a good mood, but there was no one else available to help me. She ask how I wanted my cheeses and I told her thin and stacked, as opposed to her usually just throwing it the bag. She became confused so I asked another employee, who was now free and she completely understood and was super kind. Beatrice then walks over to the deli manager Leslie to tells her what happened. This lady becomes irate and within ear shot of me says “next time hand her the gloves and tell her to do it herself!” MAAM ARE YOU ACTUALLY OKAY?!?!?! Leslie the manager of the deli is the rudest old white woman I have ever met! Her and Beatrice have the absolute worst customer service and I stand 💯 on that. Yuck and ewww

  Whenever I go to Giant Food I always go to this location. Very clean, knowledgeable employees, clean and in order and very bright 🌞

  I love this giant, and the staff is usually very helpful, HOWEVER DO NOT USE THEIR CURBSIDE SERVICE The last five (5) times I have used this service, and the order is never ready when they say it will be. Even if they tell you your order is ready early and is available for pickup, it will not be. Tonight, I had scheduled an order to pickup between 6 and 7. Before 5 pm I got a notification that my order was ready to pick up. I got off work at 6 pm and arrived to Giant at 6:15. At 6:40 I went inside to customer service and asked about my order. The lady behind the desk tried to call that department, and received no answer. She has left to go check with them, I suppose, but now I’ve been here for half an hour and still have no groceries. Let this be a lesson to all: IT WILL ALWAYS BE FASTER TO JUST DO IT YOURSELF
