I ordered 15 sandwiches for my staff. 3 were made wrong and the guy at the register didn't know how to use my tax exempt card for my business. I felt as if i was holding up the 8 ppl who came in after me. I normally don't complain but there should definitely be more than 2 ppl in a environment such as this at lunch time especially with a staffer that speaks fluent English.

I ordered a simple 6-inch sub with turkey, pepperoni, and lettuce. The total came out to $10, which already felt excessive for such a basic sandwich. The real issue arose when I got home. My young daughter began eating the sandwich, only for us to discover a large bug embedded in the lettuce. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the store to report the issue and asked to speak with a manager. I was told there was no manager available. When I explained what happened, the staff became defensive and showed no concern or accountability—no apology, no offer to make things right, nothing. This is not just about poor customer service—it’s a serious health and safety concern. I will be reporting this incident to the local health department. If you care about food safety or basic respect as a customer, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

- CCChrisFeb 12, 20171.0Yesterday February 11 2017, we picked up some subs and a chicken salad. The subs were great but my mom got the chicken salad and she asked for the dressing on the side. She did not get dressing at all and just ate it without dressing. She also said the salad did not taste fresh. Later on she vomited 5 times and felt really sick and was almost 100 percent sure it was food poisoning. She still feels sick and said it was the worst salad she consumed in her life!!! We always go to this Subway and never had problems like this before!!!! Really Disappointing :( :( ( I would not even put any stars if I could!!
