- VMValery MorganOct 28, 20251.0I ordered two large pizzas for carry out one was a pepperoni. When I arrived home I noticed three slices did not have any cheese it was just dough. I called the store to see if I could get a replacement and spoke with Elias the manager. He ended up HANGING UP the phone on me in the process of me trying to figure out if they would remake it or not. I immediately called the store back while I headed to the store, and he did not pick up the phone until I was almost there 8 minutes later. I asked him why he hung up on me, he said he was making my pizza. I was upset, but I stood there and waited for my pizza to be remade. A few minutes later he shoves a pizza box on the counter, that is partly open because he didn’t shut it. He didn’t say a word to me. After a few minutes I ask him if that’s my pizza…he says it is. I was absolutely floored. To be a manager with that attitude and such poor customer service is ridiculous. Never have I ever been treated that way over a mistake someone else has made. If he doesn’t like speaking with people perhaps he is in the wrong field.
