The individuals at the front counter never open the box of pizza and present it, like they use to. This use to make me feel confident that it was cooked and I got the right order. It also made me feel that they were proud of their product. I dunno where that tradition has gone, but it made me feel good about the pizza. Now I feel like, “I might be getting something good. I dunno until I get home.”

I love ledos but its safe to say I won’t returning to this location!
