She regularly gives noticeably small portions and will intentionally shake the spoon so less food ends up in the bowl. When we ask for more, she responds with attitude, and when requesting extra steak, she has quite literally added only a single piece.On one visit, food fell onto the counter and she put it back into my bowl, which is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about these issues, but it doesn’t seem like the problem has been addressed, as the behavior continues. I expect consistent portions, basic food safety, and respectful service—especially as a regular customer. This situation has made me seriously reconsider continuing to come to this location.
