I received a coupon from a coworker and the kid's meal was scratched out, only stating free taco. I asked the manager Jennifer, not sure if that was her name (could be a false name, but she is a heavier set African American lady). Anyways, she told me no I couldn't use it, even though the coupon stated it was for a free kid's meal. I asked for the number for cooperate, and she refused to give it to me. She then stated that she didn't care that I wanted the cooperate number and walked away. I tried to ask another employee for the number his name was Carlos, the manager then came back from the office screaming to the front to not entertain me. This is poor customer service and resolution needs to happen. I didn't feel appreciated or invited when speaking to her.
