  I understand that Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages in America, and I respect that completely. But when I’m at a drive-thru with a simple question about the menu, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clear communication. At the speaker, we were told the Hot & Honey Chicken Sandwich was no longer available, even though it was still being advertised. Then at the first window, we were told they do have it and to ask at the second window. When we asked at the second window, the employee didn’t understand us. The issue isn’t language. It’s consistency and communication. Getting three different answers for one simple question was frustrating and avoidable. A little clearer coordination between staff would make a big difference.

  Rude Manager! Order wrong & No carbonated drinks. I ordered at the counter but the employees at the second window rolled their eyes and slowly walked up to take the order The order was completely wrong I asked for the food to be made cook to order, checked the bag and everything was wrong & COLD And the best part, I didn't get handed my cups So I went back to the counter and the short manager with the earrings gave me a nasty attitude with an arm gesture notion and shaking his head at me. When all I wanted were my cups. When I got to the car checked the sandwiches I walked back in, placed to food on the counter and told the manager this order is wrong and walked out. I didn't see who put the Cook To Order fries in the bag but if the manager grabbed the nasty old cold fries from the heat lamp, that is beyond me... You can pull it up on the tapes I left @ 7:50pm
