    Bagel was burnt and hard I asked for no egg and surprise egg on it...hashbrowns were burnt and donuts were borderline stale...won't return to this location

    Find a giant long curly hair on my munchkin. It was covered in the glaze. Showed them and they said it was mine. I'm completely bald. Hard to argue with these employees who are can't seem to understand common sense. Honestly don't know where they are finding such employees.

    One Dunkin is much like another, but this one is better than most in customer service. I really appreciate most of the workers here as they are generally friendly and do a good job.

    worst dunkin ever!!!!!!!!!!!! left after 20 minutes of not receiving half the order i already paid for thru the app bc i was late to work. 3 others did the same thing
