Always out of things, messy areas, dirty floors...tonight there were 3 girls and 1 guy. All of them ignored us for several minutes. One of the girls was sitting at a table, I assume on a break, talking loudly on her phone. 2 girls, mostly walking back and forth looking at stuff...one girl finally made a drink and took it to the drive thru. Mind you, when we got there there were 2 cars at the drive thru and 2 customers in front of us who had already ordered and were paying when we came in. Finally, TJ, the guy came back. He was polite in asking us what we wanted, but had no customer service at all. He rang up our orders and that was it. I come to this location because it is close to me, but will drive the extra distance from now on. To top itoff, the ice cream I did end up getting had freezer burn.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
