I’m a frequent Dunkin’ customer, but I’ve had enough of the unprofessional behavior from Joseph at this location. On two separate visits, he’s been openly rude, to include shaking his head, sighing loudly, and giving gruff, irritated demeanors for no reason. It’s uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for customer service.
He also seems to hate dogs, which is strange for a drive-through where so many customers bring their pets. When I asked for a pup cup, he insisted on charging a dollar and acted annoyed about it. At all other Dunkin’ locations if you place an order, staff are usually friendly, excited to see your pet, and willing to toss in a munchkin or pup cup. Not Joseph.
On top of that, the quality has been slipping. My latte recently came only 3/4 full, and on multiple occasions the donuts have been partially melted or oddly soft, like they weren’t stored properly. It’s disappointing, especially when you’re paying full price.
It’s frustrating because the rest of the employees here are kind, welcoming, and professional, exactly what you’d hope for. But one consistently rude employee and declining quality really ruin the experience.
If you want friendly service and better consistency, go to Starbucks and avoid dealing with Joseph altogether.
