- TSTina SondeApr 13, 20251.0I am so disappointed in the cake that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. When I checked it before I left, I noticed right away that the writing was sloppy. Then, I noticed "HAPPY" was spelled wrong! REALLY!!!!! I asked, "Can you fix this?" I was told no. I left with the cake since it was prepaid as I ordered it online. After a call to customer service, I was told the owner will call me within two days. WE will see.

Just some kiddie ones and the boring sundaes with a sauce and whipped cream. Won’t be back. And I’ll take my Dunkin’ business to another location as well.

I don’t suggest venturing any further than that. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake, got a Cookies-n-cream shake, which was the consistency of a glass of milk with ground Oreos soaked in it. Employees swore it was in fact a chocolate Chip Cookie Dough shake, instead of just correcting it. If your order is wrong, just take it with you and save yourself some time and grief.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
