They're constantly rude, don't listen to orders, I have to repeat myself constantly, and 9/10 times my order is wrong when I get to the window then I get eye rolls by the person at the window. This is INSANE where is management?

They give you the wrong order.And then get mad at you. They don't give you any eye contact. They don't offer any suggestions on any promotions. Even though starbucks is a little pricey, they're going to make sure to greet you in a professional way. And with a smile. The overall appearance of the store is very nice.But I guess it's just hard to find good workers
