    I've always loved Panera bread's French onion soup. I stopped here for lunch about 3 weeks ago. They gave me 3 croutons in a bag, barely any cheese and the soup was not hot. Very disappointed with the soup and not what I'm normally used to. Not sure if it was just this location or the staff but I've never been disappointed with the one in Salisbury, MD even though I have not tried their new location. Sadly I will not be going back to this particular location for soup. It's the winter season, you can't miss on the quality of soup.

    I have the same complaint of the rude girl at the counter just as the other recent reviews mentioned. Management needs to do some customer service training with that one. Likely to see her working in fast food for the remainder of her life.

    Went in 15 minutes before close, doors were open. Made eye contact with the person on register and politely asked “are you guys still open, don’t want to bother you all if you’re closing” no verbal response was given just head shakes. Why are the doors open if you are “closed” I just wanted a cookie.

    I just ordered a turkey bacon bravo and there was no bacon and the lettuce was completely rotten. Of course I was 15 minutes down the road before opening the sandwich so it wasn’t worth the drive to return. The food quality was not what I would expect from Panera.

    Girl who waited on me. Was not friendly or engaging. I had to ask for bags for my bagels. She handed me the bag, instead of bagging the items for me. Customer service was horrible!
