So it sort of stressed her out a little bit. We told her not to worry and just make it a hot fudge sundae. But with this being something on the menu someone inside should have been able to assist her with that.

Made me pay 2 extra whopping dollars for something I asked for in the first place. Do better and please try to listen to your customers more because I felt unheard and made me upset. I struggle coming to get ice cream sometimes and I will never be coming here again.
