  Placed an order online to be picked up at 9:00pm. By 9:45 the app still only said "Order Delayed." As the store closes at 10:00, I went inside to ask about my order. I also had to leave my dog alone in the car, which I had not wanted to do. There were two women working there - one standing at a register and the other was in the midst of doing her own personal grocery shopping. She said she'd checked orders earlier (like 7 or 8?) and hadn't seen anything. So, I'm guessing she had only checked that once. I asked if the order could just be cancelled as it wasn't even started. She said I could cancel it in the app. I didn't see a way to do that, so I asked her how. She said she didn't know and suggested calling the number on the app. After searching a while, I found the number and called. The woman who answered took my info but said the store has to cancel the order. I told her that they said they didn't know how, so she said she could try and would send me an email to confirm. It has been two days so far; I have not received any email and the charge is still pending in my checking account.

  Chicken tenders are on point. So are the collard greens. It is exceptionaly good.

  I really love the store, shop here often, but last time I went in this cashier girl named Katie was very rude to me and seemed like she was aggravated because she had to check me out, I work in customer service myself and I really didn’t appreciate how she was condescending.

  I shop Acme delivery and if I have questions I get customer service Judith Howard. She solves any problem quickly.

  Just left this store with my wife and 8 year old son after being hassled by a female employee who identified herself as Karen (I can’t make this up) for accidentally using the self-checkout with more than 15 items. Admittedly, we totally missed the sign and actually thought she was joking until it got heated and she insinuated we were stealing and attacked us for of being “out of towners” (her words) and not knowing the rules. Btw there were about 25 customers in the entire store and not a single other person using self checkout. My wife and I grew up in Howard County, MD and have been coming to OC multiple times per year for almost 50 years. Our family has owned several condos on 94th street since the early 70s, and now we do as well. This woman wouldn’t have a job if “out of towners” like us didn’t come here and spend money. We’re friendly family people. We will be taking our business to Food Lion.
