First I was greeted with the smelling of rotting garbage. It smellls like they have trash piled up in the back, absolutely awful smell. Then I was greeted with awful attitude from 2 different employees. I’m a kind man from the south so I was nice despite the attitude. Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwich’s. When I finally got out to my car and gave my wife her sandwich the sausage on hers was rock hard and my biscuit tasted like it wasn’t even cooked. It was still completely cold. I was a mcdonald’s gm for 7 years and if any customer at my store had this experience I would be appalled. Drove about 15 minutes and found another mcdonalds to reorder us some breakfast. Stop wasting peoples time and money, and learn to clean.

But every other time my family stops by we have items missing.... like the sauce for the nugs, apples or toy in happy meal, and sometimes main food items. Also, napkins are rarely given...if they are there isn't enough for each person to have one. Like I stated before, food is usually hot and well made...and the staff is nice. Just check your order before you leave the parking lot.

I ordered my food at the drive-thru and after I paid for my food at the second window, I asked the cashier who was a heavy set woman and has brown hair if she could give me the receipt, and she ignored me and closed the window, and when my order was ready, instead of giving me my order, she decided to do other things and she took her time.
