I ordered the Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice soup with a side of fruit through DoorDash, hoping for something warm and bland since I wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The soup was extremely watery more like flavored broth than a cream-based soup. It had virtually no ingredients in it: no visible chicken, no vegetables like celery or carrots, and maybe one tiny shred of chicken at most. It was completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing to receive something of that quality. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from this location again. Very disappointing.

Came in to grab lunch and I requested for one salad toppings to be on the side (apple crisp specifically). That wasn’t an option on the self order screen so I asked if it could be done. They agreed - I get my order and the toppings have croutons sprinkled in… wasn’t a big deal but the salad wasn’t for me so I asked for a new one and I overheard the 2nd employee complaining as if it was an earth shattering request. Very unwelcoming. Additionally, after placing my order and walking down the line I watched a man dig into and wipe his nose with his fingers and then immediately go to grab a plate for the dine in services. Very unsanitary! Will not be coming back to this location.

I’m honestly pretty disgusted with the experience I’m having at this Panera right now. I’m here waiting to pick up my order, and one of the store associates is standing right in view of customers repeatedly blowing her nose and eating ice. This is happening out in the open where everyone in the pickup area can see it. It’s really unprofessional and honestly unsanitary to watch someone handling themselves like that in a food environment. If an employee needs to step away to take care of something like that, they should absolutely do it somewhere private and away from where food is being prepared or customers are waiting. It just made the whole place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Panera should really reinforce basic food safety and professionalism with their staff, because this kind of behavior does not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the restaurant.I’m honestly pretty disgusted with the experience I’m having at this Panera right now. I ordered a Green Goddess Chicken Cob Salad. I had to wait for it to be finished even though I was notified that it was done. When I got to my hotel and went to eat my dinner, there was no chicken on the saddle. While they admitted that I had placed the order correctly and they removed the charge from my bill, that did nothing to get me the dinner I ordered and expected. Two thumbs down.

I was eating at your White Marsh restaurant today. There was a Panera employee wiping off tables next to us. She suddenly sat down looking very pale and short of breath. We ask if she was okay and she said no, that she was sick but couldn't get anyone to cover for her. Since we were finished eating, we got up to leave. But I realized that this was not right, that a sick employee should not be working around people, especially in food service. I went to talk to the manager and his answer was, " she has laryngitis". Nevertheless she could be coming down with the flu or covid. I felt like he blew me off and couldn't have been less concerned. Another woman heard me and said she saw the same employee. I like Panera and go there often. Based on the manager's rather cocky response, I will never be going back to the White Marsh location again.
