- CSChad SperryFeb 6, 20261.0Ordered through the drive though. Was given the wrong order at the window then asked for the correct order. Pulled around and order was still wrong. Went in to get the correct order where a staff member proceeded to tell me I didn't say what I said I ordered and continue to get defensive in front of other customers. When paying $30 for Dunkin Donuts all we ask is to get the correct order and if mistakes are made just fix them.

I rarely get a completely correct order. There’s almost always something wrong or missing. Today, they gave me the wrong donut (repeated to me correctly and only ordered the one) and skimped on cream cheese while charging me for extra. The cashier was rude, kept talking over me, and was very difficult to understand.

Also - decaf means decaf. You can’t give caffeine beverages to someone who requested decaf especially if they’re pregnant. This is reckless and unsafe. The employees need to pay more attention when making orders. This is unacceptable.
