Drum roll please.....GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! NEWS FLASH: If a customer (me) finds a hair in their food, you remaking the meal is not good customer service because you're just simply giving them what they deserved the first time around/visit!!!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE comes in when you remake the meal then offer a gift card! Or you remake the meal with a full or partial refund! Why would you offer this???? Multiple reasons: The customer is now inconvenienced....they now have to use more time, gas and money to come back to your location to receive the same meal that should have been made right the first time around/visit! I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY AT THIS LOCATION OR AT ANY OTHER BUFFALO WILD WING LOCATIONS!!!!!

I felt like a bother and she made me feel like there was no issue at all. The kitchen staff as well there that night was so cool too and positive attitude! Went there late on a Friday night and still very nice and helpful! Will be back again! Love that a Waukee location has opened nearby!
