  If I could give zero Stars I would.. this place is horrible the wait time is ridiculous. And your order is always wrong and you get things you didn't order and you don't get the things that you order and when you tell them about it they get a attitude and want to argue with you this place just needs management

  Absolutely terrible. The amount of times I wanted just a quick way to get food but they are only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash. Today, I went at 4:40am and they are only accepting DoorDash. I tried asking why cause I placed a mobile and the guy wouldn’t tell me. Just told me to cancel the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I went to McDonald’s today to get myself a sweet tea, Diet Coke and my son a happy meal, I went inside and ordered from the self service kiosk, putting my order in I find out they are completely out of all soft drinks, which was false, the machine in the dining room worked but still did not have Diet Coke. I received my food, without Tea, upon asking for my drink they said they don’t have any more tea and didn’t offer me any solution, I had to ask for the cup I was still entitled for, to which I filled with Dr Pepper. After getting home and opening my sons happy meal I found my sons milk to be a day expired, the apple slices expiring today, no toy in the happy meal, and the chicken nuggets burnt. Due to the quality of the meal and service I received I will never be coming back and recommending to everyone I know to NOT go to this McDonald’s, and to take the extra 10 minutes to visit the Elkton location for a much better experience.

  If I could give zero Stars I would. I went to this McDonald's at 3:00 in the morning. Just wanted some chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. They told me they were only serving breakfast. But I couldn't use any breakfast deals. There was no breakfast menu. Tonight I go back at 10:00pm to try and order what I was going to order last night. Only to be told at 10:00pm, that they're waiting for their overnight staff to come. They're not taking any orders. When is enough enough with this McDonald's. When are they going to just shut this place down. It's been horrible for years. Put something else in the same place. That will have better service. Or fix the ongoing never-ending issues that this McDonald's seems to have. They're constantly shut down because of short staff. Only taking mobile or doordash orders. If it wasn't for the so-called convenience I wouldn't make another trip here.
