Every time, without fail, there's an issue with either multiple items missing or the food quality. Tonight, my daughter wanted to go inside and eat, kiosks not working, trash was scattered throughout the floor and trash was stuffed into the seats. I immediately was just like alright, I don't want anything anymore but I'll still get her a happy meal. I Went to place an order and no ice cream was available, three sauces unavailable, and I got an email that my order was canceled because now nuggets were unavailable but the money got taken out of my account. In the past, I've placed orders for items that I'm sure they deliberately did not make and then not refund and I've placed orders for deals where they almost never include the deal items. There are multiple opportunities available among this establishment relating to presentation, and service. If I can see the issues clearly as a customer then I wonder what I'm not seeing when it comes to operations and cleanliness in the back.
