  Time: 4:50 pm Date: March 11, 2026 Poor operating practices. I waited 8 minutes at the drive-thru and then checked at the window. I could hear people in the kitchen, but no one provided any customer service. Wake up, Dunkin’. Prices keep going up, but the service keeps getting worse.

  Trust the negative reviews for this location. For some reason I keep giving this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt but they always let me down. The older lady that works the front counter is rude and most of the other employees just ignore you. The service is crazy slow, even when they aren’t busy. Might as well not even mobile order because they won’t start making your order until you get there. Don’t think I’ve gotten out of there in less that 15-20 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be going to this one anymore. The smaller location by Cecil College is better.

  got doordash delivered recently and a used glove was left in the bottom of the bag. there’s been too many issues with this location.

  Bro idk what the problem is but why when i order my drinks with extra pumps i keep getting straight up milk when i paid extra money bro. Theres no reason Yall cant make a matcha latte. When did the recipe stop calling for SUGAR?!?. Its 2025 i know how to order my drinks especially knowing i wanted it a specific way. This dunkin is always ALWAYS EITHER SICKENING SWEET OR WATERED DOWN there is no happy medium. And dont bother tellin em yu want2-3 pumps liq sugar they disregard it. N if yu want yur stuff remade prepare yourself for the attitude tht comes with it. Im just hot i gotta stop AGAIN to get some damn liquid sugar is this cup of milk. And this is the second time I've visited this dunkin in two days, the first day they screwed my food all up added extra stuff i DIDNT ASK FOR, n i dont mean extra food. I MEAN YALL THEY THREW 2 thick sausage patty's on my dang on croissant instead of bacon. Bread sausage sausage bun. I promise yu im not even a hater BUT THIS DUNKIN BEEN MAKIN ME TIGHT FIRST THIS IN THE MORNING LIKE REALISTICALLY FOLKS DONT GOT TIME TO COME IN TO CORRECT YALLS DRIVE THRU MISTAKES, and it be when yall arnt even busy theres no line. If there was id cut yall a break but i get there n yall are empty still Like theres no excuse to be screwing MY orders up this bad. Yall had NO CAR LINE OUT FRONT LIKE YALL USUALLY DO. I will be taking the time out to travel all the way down to the next dunkin bc lord im tired of wasting my time giving this place chance after chance after chance. How many times yall gonna keep burnin yalls regulars. YALL WANT A RECOMMENDATION GO DOWN 40 TO HAYDENS COFFEE BEST COFEE IN THE AREA JUST ORDER AHEAD OF TIME ON YOUR PHONE B4 leavin the house itll be ready by the time yu get there AND THE RECIPE’S CALLS FOR SOME SUGAR. Me n dunkin need a platonic break🤣💀💯
