- ASAkiko Sharon3 days ago1.0Used to like this place, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. One of the reasons I used to stop here is because the store is smaller than Walmart, which makes it easier to stop by after a long day at work. Unfortunately, during my recent visits I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from a cashier. I greeted the employee politely and treated them with respect, but my greeting was completely ignored. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. At times, the way I was treated even felt discriminatory, which is very concerning as a customer. I’ve noticed this tends to happen during evening visits when certain employees are working. It’s very unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming here. After several unpleasant experiences, I honestly don’t feel comfortable returning. Management should seriously look into this situation. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
