  Some of the workers are extremely rude and unprofessional we reached out to the manager and he was no help he doesn’t hold his employees accountable for any of the actions! Went in there for a coffee voiced to them the coffee was really watered down and one of the girls start coming at me and become very aggressive the other works then come and agree that the coffee didn’t look normal instead of fixing it she told me to go to a different store ! Then I walked in the next day to get a drink and a old lady named Jodi yelled at me in front of the customer that’s I was banned this store is a mess and tbh however I do want to worship the girls who stepped in and tried to help and communicate to the other employees that something was definitely wrong with my drink

  Time: 4:50 pm Date: March 11, 2026 Poor operating practices. I waited 8 minutes at the drive-thru and then checked at the window. I could hear people in the kitchen, but no one provided any customer service. Wake up, Dunkin’. Prices keep going up, but the service keeps getting worse.

  Trust the negative reviews for this location. For some reason I keep giving this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt but they always let me down. The older lady that works the front counter is rude and most of the other employees just ignore you. The service is crazy slow, even when they aren’t busy. Might as well not even mobile order because they won’t start making your order until you get there. Don’t think I’ve gotten out of there in less that 15-20 minutes. Needless to say I won’t be going to this one anymore. The smaller location by Cecil College is better.

  got doordash delivered recently and a used glove was left in the bottom of the bag. there’s been too many issues with this location.
