Told me I needed to come inside for curbside pickup. I showed them I checked in online and got a message my order was on the way. They looked at me like I was nuts and told me everyone has to call or come inside (!) for curbside, no matter what the app says. No signs or anything else suggests you need to call, and I've never had this issue with any other Five Guys or company that uses the same ordering platform. On top of this they were rude, and showed zero interest in exploring the problem. Never buying from this store again!
