    The food is fantastic! The seats/tables, well they are WAY too short. I have been three times and the seats are different in every section and short across the board.

    No service after we received our meal. Constantly tried to get attention of servers but to no avail. At one point we thought a server refilling water saw us but she walked half way to us and then left the room. No drink or water refills and our food went cold before we could ask for condiments to accompany the meal. Meal was too expensive for the lack of service. The check wasn’t even brought out by our server. When we walked out we saw our server and two others chatting away just hanging out.

    Nice location and ambiance but the food has gone down considerably, we used to love this place. The bartenders are serving the majority of the restaurant so the service is slow, but it’s not their fault, they need more support. The food was all really not worth what we paid for it, but the pike and rose area sets a very high bar. I hope they return to their prior menu and quality

    This place must hate money. Came here needing a drink and appetizer after some bad news. Sat at the bar. Completely ignored. After 10 minutes spoke up and was told someone would be right with us. 10 minutes later someone asked us what we wanted. First, a menu…got one, ordered, and waited…and waited…and waited. Watched the bartenders check their phones, serve several other parties first, read what looked to be some sort of manual, waiting…waiting…and nothing. We finally left after 36 minutes. Horrific service.

    We visited City Perch with a group of six. The hostess was pleasant. She prepped the table and seated us quickly, but our server Kayla seemed uninterested from the start. After 45 minutes we had no food or drinks, and only received our food after asking. The drinks never came. The manager brushed us off, saying he was too busy, and Kayla never returned. No apology, no acknowledgment. Truly a disappointing experience.
