I ordered two egg McMuffins and I got two sausage McMuffins and they wanted me to come back when I was on my way to work. They do not understand English. When you ask for a drink, they can’t even get that right. I had called when they made the mistake on giving me two sausage McMuffins and the lady said that I could come back show the receipt and they would give me two egg McMuffins well I did that and the girl wanted me to pay for one so they want you to pay for their mistakes and on top of it. The egg McMuffin isn’t even toasted, I will never ever go there for breakfast ever again and the only time I will ever go there is for somebody else not for me. I’ll go to the one in Mount Airy.

We've gotten some fries that tasted undercooked. The sandwiches are too messy to pick up. Today our fries were half empty. One of our Big Macs was ordered with extra pickles & the other no pickles. Even though the one was labeled on the box for extra pickles it had no pickles. Our drinks were watery from melted ice. The food quality has declined. It's upsetting to see a once trustworthy restaurant become disappointing.
