Previously we ordered pizzas and the cheese had slid off to the side and majority was stuck the box, the next time we ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta…. But when it was delivered, had barely any chicken and pasta was overcooked, and just recently our order was left on the front porch and no one rang the doorbell to let us know it was delivered so it sat out in the cold for 30mins. Each time we called to complain and were told that we would receive additional and/or complimentary items the next time we ordered and that a note would be added to our address in the system… we have yet to redeem any additional/complementary items and apparently there’s no notes to be found.
