Waits in the DriveThru would take 15-20 minutes. Now it has gotten worse! 15-30 minutes in the DT, inside-cant order from a "person" only thru a kiosk..another15-20 minutes. Very few donut variety and most displayed on kiosk are gone by 11am M-Su. Just terrible experience! $13 for 2 donuts and 2 coffees. At this DD, progress has only made things worse.

After selecting the value meal and the entrée I made payment, not realizing you had to physically select the hash brown and coffee even though they already showed on the screen. When I Picked up the food I realized immediately and asked the staff how to fix it as I wanted the complete meal. Their only response was you cannot. I was completely willing to pay the difference But not given the option. Bad kiosk design along with incompetent employees.
