- DDDiana DuttonNov 4, 20251.0I can not for the life of me get in contact with anyone here. I’ve been calling for 3 days straight (44 calls as of now 4:23pm). I order 2 acai bowls the past 3 days every day via Uber Eats and they keep sending me whatever they feel like sending. I always get an acai bowl no chia seeds no coconut and they either send it with extra coconut and chia seeds or they send Nutellla and pineapple which I don’t ask for or put on my acai bowls, Uber Eats will not refund me and these are $32 orders each time so I am out $100 now. I have given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times the past 3 days and they’ve failed me. I think them not answering the phone despite the 44 calls and voicemails is what bothers me the most. I eat here 5 times out of the week but I will no longer give them my business anymore,
- JJJenNov 4, 20251.0Acai bowl is inedible- in taste AND functionality. They gave me a solid block of frozen acai with stuff on top. It’s been sitting in direct sunlight for ten minutes now, in hopes of being able to take a bite without making MORE of a mess. Worst bowl I’ve ever had.

Then threw my wrap and me and walked away. Lovely. Won’t be back and I suggest no one else go if Natalie is working.

- LSLisa SJun 17, 20225.0This place is great .went there for some smoothies and a sandwich .WOW the sandwich was really really good and the smoothies were amazing ,you can add really good things like B12 vitamin, multivitamins ,ginger,chia seeds Ect Ect .price for smoothie just a little pricey for me but well worth it,staff were very friendly .you get a welcome as you walk in, they show they are happy to help you . hope it stays this way. tropic cafe Mt airy md will have us coming back for more . Thanks guys for a great place .
