Food is normal, service was fine but the space is small and there isn’t very much room for eating in. It’s sort of laid out awkwardly. Not a big deal if you are not dining in.

Today i went there to pic an order at 9:10 pm and i was told that the chiken is finished and it will take 5 to 6 minutes, after waiting 10+ minutes the manager told me to wait 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes she told me we cannot make the chiken now you can change the meet. This ridiculous behavior must be seen by hire authorities of Chipotle Mexican grill

I usually go to Damascus Chipotle, which rarely disappoints. The manager at the Damascus location is very involved and does a great job at addressing any issues brought up. However, this Mt. Airy location was beyond disappointing. The food was tasteless. The white rice tasted like it was made in a rice cooker with no seasoning, not even salt. The chicken was cold. My boyfriend got carnitas and said it was super dry and flavorless. The Coke Zero from the foundation was flat. I tried to eat as much of my bowl as I could and was disgusted half way through. Additionally, the line bar was very messy and didn’t look to have been cleaned up recently. Never coming to this location again.

Tough night for the employees. I ordered online and went to pickup and was told they were about 10 minutes behind. Apparently there were some employees that called out and left the remaining employees very short staffed. The crew remained professional and calm and kept grinding it out despite some customers being agitated. All the food came out exactly as ordered and I was served with a smile on their faces. Kudos to the workers that did show, great teamwork!
