- EEellieJul 5, 20243.0the ice cream was delicious!! the service was very fast the employees were very kind. however the atmosphere was not so good it is very dirty it doesn't look like it's cleaned to often and the bathroom is absolutely disgusting its cleary never cleaned the floors were sticky and had dirt all over them and the mirror was so dirty. however i would highly recommend the reeses peanut butter ice cream.

They send it out to a third-party baker/decorator, and it appears that no one in store actually tracks the order once it has been sent out. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake 12 days in advance and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. They went looking in the back and then told me the baker had not called them to tell them she couldn't make the cake so they didn't know it wasn't there until I showed up expecting to pick it up. I was left without a birthday cake hours before my daughter's birthday party. It was awful. The staff was polite and refunded me.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
