The first time we went I asked for less milk in the milkshake so it’s not milky, they tell me “no” I need to pay for another scope of ice cream. We said we would never return, today 7/8/18 we went back for a pint of ice cream. We waited at the speaker to order and said “hello” 3 times they never said anything, drive around and they tell us we can’t order at the window but have to go back in the line and order. Like what if we wanted to add to our order? Would we have to drive back around... unbelievable. Never again!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
