When I worked at a Dunkin’ we were required to always ask the “cream and sugar?” Question so asking for it up front usually slips my mind. Once again, I had absolutely no problem getting it corrected at the window. The lady at the window was so nice! The reason why I am writing this review is that when the lady at the window asked something like why were no ingredients added… the lady who initially took my order said “well that’s not my responsibility!” The lady at the window jokingly rolled her eyes and happily continued giving me great service. About the other girl… What a bully! That girl definitely ruins the whole atmosphere…
