  The team was amazing and kind, got me my food in 15 mins even with a packed store. I truest appreciate their hospitality and enthusiasm even when some of the DoorDashers where being quite rude to them! Will definitely be using this location more often

  This place is respectfully horrible! Staff! THE MANAGER RAV! Fries salty! Chicken oh so much sauce!! Wait times horrible! Do yourself a favor go to mc donald’s!!!!

  Closing time 11:00pm. We got there 9:12pm. Employee there said they are closing and refused to take order. This business will close down soon.

  Online says they close at 12. I placed an order around 11-11:15. Showed around around 11:45 to pick it up and was told they don't accept orders passed 11 and I placed an order for the following day not realizing. I asked the worker to cancel the order for me. He said he did but I still see the charge on my account went from pending to posted. I called and tried to get through to a manager on Sunday and Saturday but both days was told the manager isn't working. It's only like 23$ or something like that but it feels like they are just ducking the issue for whatever reason.

  I order using Buffalo wild wings app. So much issue with the app from not being able to order the online deals, to the "sauce on side" option not being relayed to the store location. I literally call every order asking to make sure the sauce is to the side. some cases they say sure, and when I pick up the food, it's still not on the side... extra ranch that I paid for are missing from some orders. paid extra for wings only (no drumsticks) and still get them mixed sometimes. all the extra charges are not being honored. its a hassle to wait for the order to be corrected, so its get what you get type of deal. average order is 30min+ some staff is friendly. some don't care. inaccurate order 80%+ of the time. update: 11/24 (9:31pm) again' mobile order. called to make sure sauce is on the side. went to pick up and still messed up. never again. not wasting any more time. cancel and got my refund.
