When I went back to try and get a refund, the cashier gave me a hard time! The customer service here is terrible!! I do NOT recommend this Dunkin!

This ice coffee that was made for me was not made the way it was supposed to. I ordered a large ice coffee and instead of liquid sugar they gave me regular sugar which was just piled up ant the bottom and I ordered French vanilla but it tastes like there’s no flavor. I would say to please ensure the staff make the coffees the right way because it’s unfortunate that other people are probably dealing with the same issue
