- AMalaina mFeb 22, 20261.0i am very pregnant and i have heart issues so i can’t have caffeine, but i love coffee. so throughout my pregnancy i’ve ordered decaf coffee from this location about 5 times, and i NEVER receive decaf. always regular. this is a health hazard and employees should be more caring. i have been hospitalized due to unknowingly consuming caffeine from this location in particular. i will never go there again. if i could give 0 stars i would.

On October 24, 2025, I visited the Dunkin’ at 190 Carroll Island Rd, Middle River, MD 21220 (Store #351232) and noticed flies and gnats flying around the baked apple pies that were displayed in the case. As a paying customer, I was disappointed and concerned to see this, as it raises potential health and sanitation issues. I purchased three apple pies during my visit (see attached receipt for reference), but I wanted to make you aware of the situation so it can be addressed promptly. I truly enjoy Dunkin’ and hope this matter can be investigated and resolved to ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding the steps being taken to correct this issue.
