I told the lady I’m missing three doughnuts and she looked all surprised. I mean that small bag couldn’t have 6 doughnuts in it or it would have been puffed up. She had to charge my card again for the 6th doughnut since they had charged for 5.

The customer service was poor, the food quality was lacking, and overall it just felt like no effort is being made to meet basic standards. For example, every Dunkin’ location I’ve been to usually includes four full pieces of bacon on a Sweet Black Pepper sandwich—but here, they split two strips in half and tried to pass it off as four. That alone felt misleading. On top of that, the bakery items never seem fresh. The bread is often stale, sometimes even hard and crunchy, which completely ruins the experience. What’s most frustrating is the sense that customer satisfaction just isn’t a priority here. It comes across like profit matters more than quality or service. The management didn’t seem helpful or even willing to understand concerns, which made the situation even worse. Honestly, there’s nothing special about this location that would make me come back—especially with so many other Dunkin’ options nearby. If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this location at
