  I ordered a signature latte in the drive thru. They did not put the caramel and cinnamon on it. I pulled back into the drive thru and asked them to add it. They gave me back a cup of what tasted like warm milk with a splash of coffee. I pulled around and went inside the store and told them what was wrong. Another lady was at the counter complaining about the same issue. They remade my latte and forgot to add the caramel and cinnamon again. The new latte was also nasty. I’ll never go to this location again. I don’t know what’s going on here but this was a waste of time and money.

  I used to be a regular at this Dunkin’ drive-thru, especially on my way to work. The process used to take about 5 to 7 minutes, which was significantly longer than at any other Dunkin’ drive-thru I’ve visited. So, I decided to switch to ordering inside to see if that would improve my experience. However, the employees there are always rushing around and don’t have time to take my order. So, I end up using the kiosk. I wouldn’t recommend this location before noon. On the other hand, when I’m on my way home from work, there’s a kind white girl and an Asian boy who work there. They have excellent customer service skills. I’m not sure if the girl speaks English because I have to repeat myself sometimes, but she’s very sweet. She took her time helping me purchase 20 gift cards one day. I only come to this Dunkin’ in the afternoon now because they actually take my order. The boy is great at answering my questions and sharing his favorite items with me when I’m indecisive. Even when they’re busy, they always take their time with my order and get it right. The two employees are great, but I can also see that this store is quite understaffed in the afternoon. Management needs to hire more people and train their morning staff on customer service. Please give these young people, who look like they’re in high school or college, a raise. They’re truly wonderful.

  I figured it out. I wasn't going to say a thing but this is the 5th time it happened. Based on the reviews, there is a serious issue. I think the owner believed that his or her family members would care more about the establishment BUT THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DONT WANT THE FAMILY BUSINESS. They don't, they are good looking, smart, and they have no customer service they act like this is your way of punishing them. Awful ... Good kids awful Dunkin Donuts. This is sad because you took for granted that coffee is addictive, that we love DD, and we have money. That is a problem, because money does provide voice, and that means there could still be a FD but not with this Franchise owner. PLEASE for our sake, just remembered be the kids, keep the current staff, and be more careful, LISTEN AND ASSURE THAT THE ORDERS ARE CORRECT, AND YOU WILL BE FINE. ALSO, THERE IS an phillipino boy or Asian boy who is AMAZING! HE represents your store well. There is an older black man that works in the a.m. his food is never overcooked, you have a black guy who cleans your floors and counter tops. Just assign your family elsewhere and u will be fine. Dad. THEY DONT WANT THE BUSINESS.

  As a person of color I am appalled by the looks and standoffish demeanor of the employees due to my appearance. It is not fault they have never seen some or with a weather resistant protective mask that was also pulled down . I was in the area getting something to eat while leaving a work site but now I know where to avoid giving my business . At least they had almond milk
