I think the owner believed that his or her family members would care more about the establishment BUT THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DONT WANT THE FAMILY BUSINESS. They don't, they are good looking, smart, and they have no customer service they act like this is your way of punishing them. Awful ... Good kids awful Dunkin Donuts. This is sad because you took for granted that coffee is addictive, that we love DD, and we have money. That is a problem, because money does provide voice, and that means there could still be a FD but not with this Franchise owner. PLEASE for our sake, just remembered be the kids, keep the current staff, and be more careful, LISTEN AND ASSURE THAT THE ORDERS ARE CORRECT, AND YOU WILL BE FINE. ALSO, THERE IS an phillipino boy or Asian boy who is AMAZING! HE represents your store well. There is an older black man that works in the a.m. his food is never overcooked, you have a black guy who cleans your floors and counter tops. Just assign your family elsewhere and u will be fine. It is not fault they have never seen some or with a weather resistant protective mask that was also pulled down . I was in the area getting something to eat while leaving a work site but now I know where to avoid giving my business . At least they had almond milk
