  The produce is never fresh … The meat section always smell like something has died on the shelf there is always discolored chicken / turkey wings I’m convinced from heat exposure (sitting out all night possibly even days in a row). The dread head customer service rep is rude he’s better off as a secret shopper or something. Theres never more than 3 lines open … The extra star is honestly for the stockers I can say the aisle's are always kept up and to the 3 cashiers that are there always greeting very nice, they’re the birthday.

  Omg what a dump. Second Giant I tried going to. Other one had no ground pork or edible basil. This one has no ground pork, no smaller containers of milk, no basil that’s not wilted and brown, no fennel with anything but the bulb. Hours of driving around looking for a “supermarket” with basic food.

  I have came here Twice to pick up orders for Instacart and each time I have came, the orders were not ready a month ago when I came, they actually did not do the order at all. They were not starting again. They were not going to do it which resulted in my account being deactivated unacceptable. I came again today to do an Instacart order and when I got there, the order was not fully finished shopping. I sat at the store for over an hour waiting for them to finish my shopping for my order. Unacceptable. There’s no way my order should be ready by 2 o’clock and I’m not leaving until 3 o’clock to with my order on top of me having to constantly reach out to Instacart to to reassure them that I’m still doing the order but the store is just not ready. It’s a major loss on my day and on my time if you’re doing Instacart, please avoid the store. They actually should just not have Instacart orders at that store at all.
