- DBDan BrockApr 15, 20262.0The employees shut down the dining area an hour before the store closes. They give you aggressive vibes when you ask about sitting down. You’re expected to eat the ice cream outside the building which is a sketchy area at night so you can’t safely enjoy your ice cream. It makes for a poor experience.

The employee with blue headphones was sitting on her phone and clearly not paying attention to customers. When we asked for another scoop, she gave us a terrible attitude and started slamming things around like she didn’t want to be there. It was rude, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK JUST STAY HOME! Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of behavior

Must not be concerned about tips-it would be a cold day in hell before I would tip her. Second employee rudely called across the counter to tell us that the lobby was closed. I asked her what time the store was closing-10 pm. It was 9:15 pm. Maybe you should put up a sign for your customers convenience. I'm tired of this crappy customer service. We spend at least $30/week in your store. If you don't care enough about your customers to hire decent employees, then we don't care enough to spend another dime in your store-CUSTOMER LOST, LIKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

She was upbeat, pleasant and so nice to deal with. The store was well stocked and very clean. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
