I waited about 5 min then had to leave to go to work. I had already paid for my açaí bowl and wanted my money back. I called them 4 times and left a message and didn’t get a response all 4 times.

They made it again. I have noticed most Tropical Smoothie Cafe have a standard dress code for their staff which is good but in this location, there was a guy that was wearing a grey tights bottoms, like the ones women wear to go to the gym. It wasn't a pleasant experience to go through in this location. I would not recommend this precise location.

He talks blatantly on the phone while servicing customers and he could careless about how to looks. I've been in here multiple times and every time I come in he's on his phone. It's rude and distasteful.. outside of that the place is great.
